If eligible, we will issue a replacement shipment at no additional cost or process a full/partial refund to your original payment method via Paystack within 3 to 5 business days.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items damaged due to improper storage/handling after delivery, or claims made after the 24-hour delivery window.
