Returns Policy
All agro-commodity trade disputes are governed by our export agreement contracts and standard quality terms (e.g. Moisture %, Purity %, Nut Count, FFA levels).
Claims must be filed within 14 days of port delivery or warehouse discharge.
Disputes must include an independent third-party analysis report (SGS, Cotecna, or similar).
Approved claims are settled in full to the buyer's designated bank account within 7 working days.
